Risk Management

This information is designed to help you create risk management documents and procedures that work for you. We will provide examples of release forms, medical forms, emergency procedures and first aid kit contents from some of our ATI programs. Our hope is that by sharing this information, it will help you to create your own procedure and protocol for your program.

REMEMBER:   Blindly substituting information into your system is a red flag. Always have your risk management committee review changes and additions to documentation prior to use.
